“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Kastelruth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome at reception and enjoyed the lovely afternoon snack buffet. After our travels, we were able to fully relax in the heated outdoor pool and make use of all the saunas. In the evening, we enjoyed the half-board dinner, which included a delicious 5-course menu with different choices for both the antipasti and main course. The food was excellent throughout our stay. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and heartfelt, making us feel very welcome at all times. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views of the Alps surrounding Kastelruth. We can fully recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again!”

“We had an incredible stay at Hotel Villa Kastelruth in January. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. They guided us through how to reserve our ski tickets at Alpe di Suisi and helped connect us with Sporthaus Fill, where we rented our ski equipment (with a 20% discount). The free shuttle from the hotel was very convenient to get to the mountain, and they provided us with a free South Tyrol bus pass to return to Kastelruth at the end of the ski day. The hotel’s amenities of a heated pool, hot tub and two incredible saunas were the best way to end a day on the slopes! The rooms were clean, cozy and the view of the valley and mountain can’t be beat. We cannot say enough good things about the food! We signed up for the package with included breakfast and dinner and we were so glad that we did. The breakfast buffet included an excellent variety of healthy or more indulgent options. The dinners were PHENOMENAL, with an impressive salad bar and a new menu each day with options that showcase the excellent cuisine of the Italian Dolomites. We are so glad we selected Hotel Villa Kastelruth and would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the Italian Dolomites.”

“Came in last minute and weary from a long day of traveling to find this gem of a place! The lovely lady at reception was so accommodating and amusing so when she said dinner (very, very good!) and breakfast were included, I was amazed. The view from the balcony (again, thank you my reception friend!) was unparalleled even with the bad weather. My husband wants to mention how nice Mauro was at the bar when he needed ice. (Americans, right?). Wish we could have stayed longer.”
